Your mission

We're seeking a proactive and hands-on Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Experience (CX) team. Our aspiration is to establish the most exceptional CX organisation. In this role you will

  • Assist customers with diverse inquiries and requests.
  • Champion product value by delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Evaluate and address customer complaints and concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our product and technical account management teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Aid in configuring and customising customer systems to suit their requirements.
  • Foster knowledge sharing both internally and externally.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to advance deskbird's values and vision.


What you need to be successful

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B customer service/support role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Ability to quickly establish trust with B2B customers, engaging in conversations centered on delivering business value.
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and empathy, consistently prioritising customer requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities, with a preference for pragmatic solutions and a positive demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with senior management.
  • Native-level fluency in German is essential, accompanied by excellent proficiency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian is advantageous.
