Tasks
  • You take independent responsibility for the rental and sale of properties.
  • You are responsible for viewings, contract negotiations, and handovers.
  • You are responsible for conducting property market valuations.
  • You acquire and support new clients.
  • You manage existing clients.
  • You are the point of contact in the housing ecosystem (financing, retirement planning, etc.).

Job requirements
  • First experience in sales / distribution is advantageous.
  • Completed basic training with Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) is mandatory.
  • Commercial apprenticeship (KV) with professional certification / further education is advantageous (not mandatory).
  • Further education in sales is advantageous (not mandatory).
  • You bring a sense of ownership, willingness to perform, and a structured approach to work.
  • You are courteous, flexible, eager to learn, and motivated with a digital affinity.
  • You are communicative and outgoing.
  • Excellent verbal and written German skills are mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license Category B is required.
  • Own vehicle ideally available.
  • Ideal age: 23 years +
