  • 6+ months in customer service
  • Ability to be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 6+ months collection-related experience and/or first-party collections experience
