What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
  • Relay critical information to internal and external teams for dispatching process
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
  • Succeed in a structured environment with set performance goals driving member satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Prior customer service experience, call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathy and desire to help those in distress
  • Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
