- Monitoring and payment processing for property taxes on both a client and asset level
- Strict adherence to aggressive timelines and company/client guidelines
- Processing payments for condo and/or homeowner associations on both a client and asset level
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 or more years of prior work-related experience
- 1-3 years payment processing experience in Accounts Payable, Mortgage, Banking, or Real Estate
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Some college preferred
- Knowledge of payment processing for property taxes or Homeowners Association helpful but not required
- Real Estate/Mortgage servicing experience helpful but not required
