We are in a phase of rapid growth and seeking a Customer Success Manager to assist in the onboarding, implementation, and management of new Enterprise customers.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships between the hiring company and a portion of its client partners. This entails overseeing implementation projects, identifying up-sell opportunities, managing renewals, collaborating with various internal teams, and contributing to the development of best practices. Collaboration and hands-on teamwork are core elements of our company culture.
