We are in a phase of rapid growth and seeking a Customer Success Manager to assist in the onboarding, implementation, and management of new Enterprise customers.


The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships between the hiring company and a portion of its client partners. This entails overseeing implementation projects, identifying up-sell opportunities, managing renewals, collaborating with various internal teams, and contributing to the development of best practices. Collaboration and hands-on teamwork are core elements of our company culture.


As the main point of contact and representative of the hiring company, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating and managing enduring, strategic client relationships
  • Availability to work within EST, MST, or CST time zones
  • Leading strategic planning and progress monitoring to ensure effective client relationships
  • Coordinating with internal teams and client partners for technical integrations, business decisions, and marketing initiatives
  • Formulating account strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Engaging clients with data-driven stories and fostering a collaborative accounts team


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in project management and post-sales implementation alongside technical teams
  • Experience encompassing various company sizes from startup to Fortune 50, in industries like manufacturing and retail
  • Background in field sales or account management focusing on up-sell, cross-sell, and renewals
  • Prior success in managing complex projects, utilizing data for decision-making

Experience with various software tools such as Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite is preferred.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Exposure to traditional large companies and their challenges
  • Familiarity with chronic disease prevention, the US healthcare system, digital health, and startup environments


Salary Ranges

  • California, New York State, and Washington State: $147,600 - $177,000
  • Colorado: $135,840 - $162,300
