About The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to support customers in building and scaling card programs on their platform. The selected individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with key stakeholders (ranging from developers to founders and executives) on scaling, strategy, and product expansion.


What You'll Do:

  • Own the overall relationship and account strategy for a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business goals by fostering trust and cultivating meaningful relationships among key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell activities with accounts
  • Maintain active relationships with customers, including proactively addressing business and technical challenges and acting as an internal advocate
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the hiring company to enhance their product, customer experience, and internal processes (Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, etc)
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to evaluate customer health and satisfaction, review performance, assess their requirements, and present new product features and growth possibilities
  • Key performance metrics include revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention


What You Bring:

  • Experience in the fintech industry
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
  • Technical proficiency is advantageous (proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data analysis is preferred)
  • Strong communication and consultative skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing and expanding accounts
  • Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities
  • A strategic, collaborative, results-oriented, and analytical approach


Salary Range

$100k - $130k + Variable Compensation
