• IMPORTANT***: MUST HAVE recent experience with exploratory data analysis and using statistics (regression models, multivariate analysis) to find relationships and patterns in data. Data visualization and PowerBI dashboard design experience also a must-have.
  
  

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Modeling and Visualization Expert with expertise in data analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization in Power BI to support the development of an advanced executive dashboard.

In this dynamic contract role, the successful candidate will be crucial in exploring and analyzing complex, often undefined data across our large organization to prove out hypotheses, such as the impact of 'purpose' work on business growth. You will be tasked with formulating plans, testing ideas, creating models, and ultimately building correlation models and forecasts. This will require a proactive approach to sourcing and gathering data, engaging in exploratory data analysis, and developing innovative solutions to inform strategic decision-making for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate should also possess strong stakeholder management and project management abilities and be able to coordinate with various teams to source and integrate data effectively.

Minimum Requirements: ( Must have Qualifications)

• Expertise in predictive analytics and trend analysis for strategic decision support.
• Proven track record of data analysis, statistical modeling, and economic modeling to deliver insights.
• Outstanding technical skills related to data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Demonstrable experience developing executive dashboards with PowerBI. Experience with Tableau also desirable.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and independence.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and develop structured reporting capabilities.
• Strong project management skills, able to deliver projects on time and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data synthesis and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex data insights.
