Job Description
- please note this is a temporary position, lasting for up to 20 weeks (CST or EST preferred)*
The Reporting Support Specialist provides support for monitoring reporting systems as directed by the Manager of the Business Intelligence (BI) team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work on tickets assigned to BI team on the reporting scheduling needs of clients.
- Set-up automated emails per client request on a daily basis
- Monitors automated system on a daily basis.
- Consult with Business Intelligence Team to Notify Manager & Team of any errors that may occur during the automation process of sending reports and Follow the normal process for fixing known errors that may occur.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
- Maintain daily and monthly customized reporting data as assigned.
- Monitor the report server profiles to ensure reports are being sent.
- Ensure that the reports that are apart of SLA go out by the designated scheduled time.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook is preferred.
- Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to company values.
- Regular and reliable attendance required.
- Ability to problem solve using deductive reason skills in a timely manner.
- Flexibility and adaptability to frequent change.
- 2+ years of relevant experience required.
- Excel VBA is a plus!
