Responsibilities

 Description:

This position will support parts sales and inventory, as well as other general office / administrative functions such as answering calls, running/analyzing reports, reconciling financials and other related tasks.

Essential Job Functions
  • Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control/turn in, and issue resolution
  • Support office invoicing and customer service
  • Handle basic daily shipping and receiving responsibilities
  • Order products for customers not in stock
  • Deliver parts to multiple locations
  • Monitor, react and respond to customer needs
  • Effectively communication with customers and staff

Qualifications

 Position Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and computer skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Great Safety Record and Clean MVR
  • Ability to Speak & Read English to Converse with the General Public, understand Highway Traffic & Signals, Respond to Official Questions & Make Legible Entries on Reports & Records
  • Read & Understand a Map
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
  • Prior experience in dealership / automotive /parts retail office environment
  • Lifting Requirements: 5 – 25 lbs.
  • Requires moderate level of physical activity
