- Negotiate payment solutions to generate revenue
- Encourage future card usage through a consultative approach
- Assist the card services customer service inbound call center when needed
- 6+ months in customer service
- Ability to be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
- High volume call handling with detail and accuracy
- Self-motivation to work autonomously in a virtual environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- 6+ months collection-related experience and/or First party collections experience
- Computer experience and technical troubleshooting acumen
