About The Role

The Client Sales Executive is responsible for selling additional products and services to existing clients. This role involves creating sales opportunities through phone, e-mail, and other forms of outreach within the prescribed territory and managing them through closure. The Customer Account Executive collaborates with other client-facing functions to ensure a positive customer experience.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Delivering tailored online presentations & software demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional colleagues based on client needs.
  • Establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting expected sales.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quota.
  • Conducting business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.


Knowledge and Abilities Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong public speaking & presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
