Seasonal Customer Love Associate (Remote/must live in Texas)

Customer Love has direct contact with customers, gaining invaluable insight into the product, operations, and brand story.


After learning the ropes, all-star Customer Love Associates are given the opportunity to grow their careers across different teams. In the day-to-day, Customer Love Associates deliver fast, easy, and magical support to customers. They resolve all customer issues in the best way possible for both the customer and the business, all while maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor. They build genuine relationships with customers and serve as their advocates internally. Finally, as a Customer Love Associate, you are a crucial part of the effort to understand customers to optimize the customer experience and drive smart growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer interactions
  • Exceed customer expectations by developing creative solutions to problems and collaborating across teams for solutions.
  • Brainstorm fun and innovative ways to enhance the shopping experience with the hiring company and work with your team to implement them.
  • Be versatile in different roles (stylist, friend, personal assistant) when assisting customers with their purchases.
  • Master the shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to efficiently process all customer orders.
  • Foster a feedback loop with internal teams like Merchandising, Technology, and Product Development.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of the business and learn comprehensively.

Extra Credit:

  • Previous experience on an e-commerce customer service team
  • Proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suites


Availability:

  • The customers of the hiring company shop 24/7 globally. Candidates must be willing and available to take on rotating shifts in the evening, early morning, and weekends.
