About The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Customer Service Associate. The selected candidate will support the Supply Chain team by handling administrative and logistical tasks critical for business operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Service Manager with daily logistics planning and customer service activities.
  • Manage inbound customer orders, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and warehouse output, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact between customers and internal departments.
  • Support onboarding of new customers and address inventory-related issues.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for team expansion and operational efficiency.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Supply Chain Team.


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of logistics experience, preferably in a 3PL or CPG environment.
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency and active listening.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in Google platforms and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to collaborate across departments and adapt to a dynamic work environment.


Compensation

$68,000-$75,000 base salary plus bonus
