Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Montessori Mentor to join our regional support team. As a vital member of our organization, you will contribute to the success of our Montessori programs across a portfolio of schools. This role is instrumental in fostering programmatic excellence, supporting talent development, and ensuring effective communication with both staff and parents.
Responsibilities
Foster Programmatic Excellence:
Collaborate with school leaders to uphold the highest standards of Montessori programming.
Utilize your extensive Montessori experience and pedagogical knowledge to guide the hiring, training, and retention of exceptional educators.
Support schools in maintaining a robust Montessori curriculum through practical guidance and data-driven insights.
Develop And Retain Talent
Recruit, mentor, and empower mission-driven educators.
Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to teachers and Heads of School, emphasizing a culture of continuous improvement.
Model effective teaching practices and offer constructive feedback to enhance program quality swiftly.
Ensure Program Quality And Profitability
View program quality through the lens of a thriving and profitable school.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the financial success of each school.
Work towards the profitability of schools while maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality Montessori education.
Skills And Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
5+ years of Montessori classroom experience and certification
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to engage directly in classroom activities
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine passion for education and driving positive change
