About The Role

The hiring company is seeking a Revenue Accountant / Accounts Receivable professional to join their finance team. The role involves focusing on A/R administrative tasks, collections, invoicing, and supporting month-end close activities to enhance financial operations' accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing contracts, billings, and creating invoices.
• Reconcile customer payments and record revenue accounting entries.
• Support month-end activities and Salesforce CPQ & Netsuite procedures.
• Manage billing details, contract activations, and professional services billing.
• Assist in FP&A reporting, customer purchase orders, and accounts receivable inquiries.
• Update company information in customer portals and collaborate on process improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in an accounting role.
• Two years of accounts receivable/revenue experience.
• Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in a SaaS company is desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation and adaptability to multitasking under deadlines.

Salary Range

$94,000 to $110,000 USD.
