Why this role?

Evaluation is critical to making progress towards scaling intelligence. As models continue to become superhuman in many real world use cases, we must continue to deploy new techniques to accurately measure our model’s performance on frontier capabilities. In this role, you are responsible for building robust and scalable systems to measure AGI progress and work with human experts on pushing SOTA evaluation methods.

As a Member of Technical Staff, Evaluations, you will:
  • Build robust and scalable evaluation tooling
  • Research, implement, and experiment with ideas on our supercompute and data infrastructure
  • Work closely with our world-class human data program
  • Learn from and work with the best researchers and engineers in the field

You may be a good fit if:
