What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for a Solutions Architect Intern. In this paid role you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in web development, with a focus on frontend technologies such as React/NextJS and GraphQL. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work on real-world projects, build proof of concepts (PoCs), and contribute to the success of our solutions architecture team. This hands-on internship is designed to be mutually beneficial! If there is anything you would like to learn more about, just ask. - Develop frontend proof of concepts (PoCs) using React and NextJS to demonstrate the feasibility of various solutions and features.
- Build Marketplace Apps in React and full frontends in NextJS to showcase the capabilities of Contentstack's platform.
- Work on the Knowledge Base to create and update documentation related to frontend development best practices, solution guides, and quality attributes.
- Assist with customer onboarding by providing technical support and guidance on frontend development and integration with Contentstack's platform.
- Collaborate with the solutions architecture team to review and improve solution guides, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness.
- Test and validate solutions by going through solution guides with fresh eyes, trying out solutions, and ensuring they work as expected.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to the solutions architecture team based on your experiences and observations during the internship.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong web development skills, with proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and NextJS.
- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.
- A strong eye for documentation and quality attributes, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of solutions architecture and front-end development.
