Within the Model e US Marketing organization, this role will oversee the customer-facing promotional plans, and the creative content thereof, intended to drive awareness and adoption of all electric vehicle Ownership Experiences which Ford offers, and ultimately grow customer loyalty, advocacy and recurring revenue. This role is also responsible to develop and deliver electric vehicle Ownership Marketing plans that grow brand sentiment and advocacy, purchase loyalty, and recurring revenue. You will do this through generating aligned customer-facing marketing plans that not only support the needs of the business, but also clearly demonstrates "must have" value to our electric vehicle customers.

What You'll Do...

  • Lead and work in an emerging and exciting area of the business that will grow customer loyalty and drive incremental, recurring revenue to Ford.
  • Responsible for electric vehicle Ownership positioning, GTM strategy, creative and content execution.
  • Work closely with Experience owners Ford to identify, prioritize and cultivate ownership messaging opportunities.
  • Stress test the customer value proposition, competitive and marketplace conditions, business ambition for Ford, target audience and personas, customer barriers, and other product/pricing info to unlock the potential of future marketing plans that you create.
  • Use your curiosity to continuously gauge the impact of Marketing to reach business goals, and apply those learnings to strengthen future Marketing plans.
  • Develop a POV on how Marketing specifically will drive progress against business goals like, Sales and Service retention & leads, Repair Orders, NPS, CLV, Accessories and Merch sales, etc.
  • Lead the coordination of Ownership Marketing Plans across Model e US Marketing to seamlessly integrate electric vehicle owner audiences and customer touchpoints, including CRM, Website, Paid Media and Social.
  • Inspire, coach and coordinate a group of creative agency partners reporting to you who will deliver creative, resourceful and effective marketing plans across various ownership marketing needs.
  • Manage Model e Ownership marketing budget.
  • Guide Tier 2 and Tier 3 Ownership marketing strategy, in partnership with peer groups/agencies.

You'll have...

  • Self-starter with 5+ years experience in Marketing, Communications or Customer Experience, internally or externally, across 1 or more leadership levels.
  • Developing multi-faceted, comprehensive, customer-facing Marketing programs for the purpose of driving customer awareness and engagement.
  • Using customer-data to drive recommendations and marketing plans.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple skill teams and leadership levels to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with Senior Leaders in large or small settings, in writing or verbally.
  • Comfortable in developing and driving clarity under ambiguous or "white space" circumstances.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, knows how to ask for help and delegate when appropriate.
