What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Create video training tutorials related to products and applications
  • Educate clients on product and program enhancements

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least three years of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with websites, website hosting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web languages
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Socially confident, comfortable speaking in public (small to large groups) and enjoy talking to others
  • Familiarity with website marketing solutions, analytics, and optimization
