Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Graphics Designer at DuelNow, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful graphics and digital assets that align with our brand identity. These assets will be used across various marketing channels, including our website, social media, emails and other promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs and communications.
  • Design and produce engaging graphics that convey our brand's message and engage our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for campaigns, events, and other promotional activities.
    • Streamline social media image creation by creating social media templates.
    • Design unique social media illustrations for novel promotions or messages.
    • Develop email banners and icons.
    • Stay up-to-date on social media platforms, dimensions, and visual trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion.
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual communication.
  • Manage marketing design collateral, naming conventions, and store in a shareable folder which the team can access and navigate easily.

Requirements
  • Must be willing to align with the UK Time zone, ensuring availability for at least six hours during the normal business hours to overlap with other team members.
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing tech company environment.
  • Prior exposure to blockchain-based gaming or sports platforms.
  • Skills in video editing and animation are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and web optimization techniques.
