Description


We are seeking a seasoned business consultant with a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM and Customer360 modules to join our team for a 5+ month project.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and hands-on experience in driving business process design within complex organizations.


Duration: 5+ months

Location: Mostly remote (in Europe) with occasional workshops in Brussels/London/Paris and factory visits in France/DACH (expenses reimbursed)

Start Date: ASAP



Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps between standard technology-provided processes and current business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce system configurations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead discussions with IT implementers to understand potential solutions and restrictions in aligning IT processes with business needs.
  • Bridge the gap between IT and business processes, prioritizing business objectives over technical considerations.
  • Drive decision-making on whether to align business processes with standard technology, considering financial implications, employee retraining, and organizational adjustments.
  • Provide expertise on Salesforce CRM and Customer360 modules, focusing on B2B-specific contexts.
  • Develop and execute strategies for leveraging Salesforce CRM in sales and customer service processes.
  • Understand and optimize Salesforce execution processes, particularly in sales team interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to maximize Salesforce integration with other systems, with a particular interest in Salesforce-SAP connections.


Professional background


  • Proven track record in business consulting within complex organizations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Customer360 modules.
  • Strong understanding of B2B-specific contexts and processes, including service cloud functionalities and sales team interactions.
  • Ability to prioritize business objectives over technical considerations, with a focus on bridging the gap between IT and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in driving business process design and decision-making, with a focus on aligning IT processes with business needs.
  • Salesforce-SAP integration experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
