In short- Be the voice of the consumer and market place in the product creation process - At the intersection of product design and development to co-create an industry-leading footwear collection, you are responsible working with your team to validate and input critical cross functional product data & consumer insights - Support the Product creation team in gathering all data and future trends insights to initiate the seasonal kick-off supported by design and Innovation (aligned with On’s message) - Work on the co-creation of clear and relevant briefs (meaningful product stories & concepts, range architecture, materials, colours) - Align with Development to track costing and utilise your organisation skills to stay on top of sample tracking and coordination - Ensure full alignment with the Go To Market (GTM) plan by partnering with our developers, Design, Sales & Marketing teams and participating to major presentations, milestones and launches - Increase our industry knowledge/trends by attending trade shows, retails stores, market visits and partner with our internal teams on consumer insights. - Connect closely with sneaker & movement-based communities (customers and retailers in key markets) to ensure a customer-centric range.
- 5+ years experience in product management or product marketing in a global sports brand environment (footwear) or in connection with movement communities. - Passion for footwear, engagement in the movement community and the willingness to pursue a career in product management. - Ambition to work in an environment that requires to be excellent in both analytics as well as creative and innovative thinking - Understanding of the global sneaker market and its opportunities - Passion for challenging the status quo and reshaping the sneaker industry - Strength in managing projects, strong organisational skills & ability to manage complex projects whilst sticking to critical timelines and deadlines - Strong communication and team-working skills, dedicated to over-delivering (y)our promise and a sense of WOW. consumer-centric mindset. - Great network-building skills and ability to connect effectively with a diverse team of peers and stakeholders - A higher education degree - Fluency in English (written and spoken)
