What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Review ISIRs requiring further research due to comment codes and conflicting information
  • Complete verification process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Title IV requirements
  • Process documents related to ISIR rejects, c-codes, and conflicting information
  • Assist with various tasks within the student experience function
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma or GED required; some college courses preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
  • 1-3 years of Financial Aid experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of financial aid regulations and procedures
  • Experience working in an educational institution
  • Familiarity with student information systems
