This position is responsible for working as part of a team enhancing and maintaining existing software products as well as developing new products. The ideal candidate has a strong desire for excellence, is a continual learner, and problem solver.

What You'll Do
  • Implement all assigned tasks
  • Will work within a team structure
  • Diagnose and fix assigned defects within the assigned project
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of the software life-cycle applications.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of the Agile/Scrum Project development methodology.
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written.
  • The ability to collaborate and work with on team are necessary.
  • Some previous coding experience is necessary - either in an education or professional environment.
  • Over time we will expand the role to include other powertech products as well.
  • IBM i software development, utilizing modern RPG, CL and SQL is required.
