You will be part of our Enterprise Architecture & Applications team and will analyze, define and implement all ServiceNow topics.

The job is a good fit for you if you enjoy to:

• Analyze and evaluate customer requirements for the ServiceNow platform
• Independently implement user stories in ServiceNow projects and integrations
• Advise and support customers on a technical level on the use of ServiceNow
• Develop and design new topics around digitization and automation
• Work together with external partners on complex implementations

You are a great match if you bring along:

• Completed bachelor or master studies in the relevant field (ideally business informatics)
• Previous experience within ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow, BMC, etc.
• Strong analytical skills
• Fantastic communication skills
• Ability to deliver structured work in a complex and dynamic environment
• Willigness to go "the extra mile"
• Fluent English and good German language skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as deliver individually
