Summary:

This position is responsible for collecting, cleansing, and reporting actionable data that will be used in strategic decision-making company wide.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Collect and compile data from various sources (primarily Excel and SQL databases), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize SQL to develop and maintain databases, queries, and reports.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and generate insightful reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related needs.
  • Create automated imports of data from our ERP system, customer provided reports and other internal sources.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Other job activities as assigned.

Essential Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a business intelligence context.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or SSIS.
  • Experience in data collection, cleansing, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Power BI preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
