🚀 We’re looking for a diligent Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to support our growing veterinary business commercial teams by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Finance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial teams by managing crucial sales data, streamlining administrative tasks, helping to maintain our CRM systems, and taking ownership for key revenue management processes such as customer engagement regarding outstanding invoices.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Credit control: Monitor overdue sales receivables and provide excellent customer service when engaging directly with our customers. Escalate issues to business management, if needed.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee that customers have been invoiced according to their contracts. Create on a monthly basis manual revenue recognition accruals to bookkeeping. Update and validate veterinary business monthly recurring revenue calculations especially related to legacy system migrations.
  • Sales Administration: Collaborate with our sales leadership team to ensure sales processes are understood and adhered to. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve collaboration between our commercial departments.
  • CRM Management: Provide administrative support to our sales team to review, process, and maintain the quality of our database of contacts and customer agreements. Overseeing data quality and integrity within Hubspot.
  • Sales Support: Support sales forecasting and pipeline management activities by ensuring accurate and complete data with timely updates. Assist in the development and implementation of sales enablement, including training programs, commission approvals, competitions and other ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Contract Management: Support the sales team in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Work alongside our leadership and legal teams to facilitate the contract review and approval process.


For this role, we will consider candidates in Finland, Spain and UK.

Please note that in this role evening work is sometimes required when contacting our customers in the US and having virtual meetings with our US team members.


What will help you to be successful in this role?

The individual that will thrive in this role must be process orientated, providing assistance on a variety of revenue operations and processes. You’ll possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. More than this, you’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various internal teams to support key business processes ensuring they are followed, maintained and optimized.

Ideally, you have already gained experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.

In addition, we humbly request that you hold:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence to challenge sales team members to ensure processes are understood and followed. Able to address external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Previous experience in an administrative / support / operations role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
  • Hands-on mentality and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems with a curiosity to learn more.
  • Service oriented and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicable degree in finance
  • Excellent command of English. Competence in Spanish, Italian, or Nordic languages is considered a plus.
