Pay Range: $21.90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department.
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process, and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- Customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.
- High volume emails to assigned to assigned customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Work with all internal departments to resolve tax or other discrepancies.
- Strong follow up skills.
- Strong reconciliation skills.
- Ability to search and organize outlook emails, create folders, and notate in Oracle.
- 3+ years of collections experience AR activities
- Oracle 12, Microsoft Word, proficient in Excel.
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive communication and phone demeanour.
- Team player and able to multi-task daily.
