We are seeking a Renewal Administrator to join our Renewal Operations Team.

As a Renewal Administrator you will manage the renewals for our service contracts. This involves communicating with clients, ensuring timely renewals and resolving any issues that may arise during the renewal process. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and revenue continuity for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial responsibility for international service contracts
  • First point of contact for partners and customers regarding service contracts and renewal related questions
  • Close cross-divisional collaboration with sales teams and other departments
  • Creation of quotations and service renewal offers for customers and partners
  • Processing of incoming orders in close cooperation with partners and customers
  • Data preparations for maintenance & subscription invoices
  • Ongoing service business forecasting and “close the gap”-discussions
  • Creation of on-demand reports in IB and support related activities

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Finance or related field AND established work experience in contract renewal
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Business level fluency to read, write and speak German and English
Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel etc.)
  • Proactive and independent way of working

For Austria: salary starting from 43,800 euros depending on experience.
