Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain client relationships focused on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Host product and application webinars and 1:1 consultations
  • Create video training tutorials related to products and applications
  • Educate clients on product and program enhancements
  • Help Clients create & Maintain websites which include:
    • Search engine optimization discussions
    • Site updates/improvement suggestions
    • Analytics overviews
    • Compliance monitoring and management
  • Create Corporate Client reports as needed
  • Maintain and track communication with clients
  • Support Helpdesk teams as needed
  • Support Client Services Manager as needed
  • Complete additional projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least three years of customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with websites, website hosting, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web languages preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Socially confident, comfortable speaking in public (small to large groups) and enjoy talking to others.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Functional/technical skills such as Microsoft office suite, HTML, wisiwig web editors, ticketing systems & email/chat platforms.
  • Familiarity with website marketing solutions, analytics, and optimization.
  • Strong organizational and logistical thinking skills with precise attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

Must be flexible to work any of the below shifts:

  • 7am to 4pm CST
  • 8am to 5pm CST,
  • 9am to 6pm CST
  • 10am to 7pm CST

Salary Range : $19/HR

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
