Job Summary:Looking an experienced Oro Commerce Lead Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and Symfony frameworks, extensive experience with Oro Commerce, and a proven track record of leading development projects from concept to deployment. As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Oro Commerce solutions to meet our business needs.Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of Oro Commerce projects, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.- Collaborate with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.- Design and develop custom Oro Commerce extensions and integrations with third-party systems.- Oversee the technical aspects of the ecommerce platform, including code quality, architecture, and data modeling.- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oro Commerce and other integrated systems.- Participate in the Agile development process, attending scrums and sprint planning meetings.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years specifically working with Oro Commerce.- Strong understanding of PHP, Symfony framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with database management and SQL.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
