As our Client Services Specialist, you will help monitor and resolve support tickets to get users added to our application. Everyday you will manage and resolve tickets, support any team projects and document account notes. To thrive you must have customer service experience, able to work within Microsoft Excel and Word and have excellent verbal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve a queue of tickets submitted to Application Support by internal and external stakeholders
  • Triage and escalate support tickets to the AS Business Analysts as needed.
  • Ensure responses to all support tickets, both internal and external, meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Application configuration including, but not limited to user provisioning and removal, Medicare Base Rate updates, reporting start/stop dates, and general data entry
  • Maintain/update Standard Operating Procedure documentation Routine administrative tasks as directed by leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and be service-oriented
  • Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage their time
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, generating positive client feedback on quality, value, delivery, and results
  • Managing an Outlook calendar and shared inbox
  • Desire to continue to learn and advance skills in new tools ( Azure DevOps, Power BI, Salesforce, etc.)

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $41,676.75 - $55,574.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
