About The Role

The hiring company is looking for an Account Executive to support the Account Director and Account Supervisor. The successful candidate will report to the Account Director and collaborate closely with team members across departments. This role will be crucial in managing the relationship between the hiring company and the client, serving as an additional point of contact for the Account Team. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day communications, offering counsel on business needs, and ensuring seamless social execution.


The ideal candidate should have a passion for entertainment and social media, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. Success in this role will depend on effective organization and collaboration across different departments. As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in facilitating communication between clients and the creative teams, ensuring timely project delivery that exceeds client expectations.


Key Focus Areas

  • Client Relationship Management (20%):
  • Assist the Account team in understanding the client’s business and play a key role in client service.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through daily communications and meetings.
  • Gain insight into client goals and business objectives to effectively drive campaigns.
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings to understand team operations and foster collaboration.
  • Project Coordination & Management (60%):
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social-first creative content and campaigns.
  • Lead in conference report development and presentation to clients.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings and support project management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client deliverables meeting agency standards.
  • Provide cross-functional support for logistics and materials development.
  • Campaign Strategy and Planning (20%):
  • Work with the Strategy team in developing social media and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Contribute insights and market research for campaign development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
