Your Role and Impact

As a Cyber Security Account Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers within a key account. Collaborating closely with our sales and technical teams, you will identify our clients' business requirements and align them with our solutions, driving mutual success. Your role involves strategic planning, managing resources effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Become the go-to point for all activities and insights, educating clients on our solutions and their business impact.

Client Partnership: Foster strong, strategic relationships with clients, identifying and validating their priorities, business drivers, and desired outcomes.

Team Leadership: Guide the global account team, ensuring alignment with tactical and strategic objectives, and enhancing client relationships through effective communication and strategy execution.

Business Management: Oversee financial forecasting and performance, ensuring compliance and satisfaction across all client engagements.

What We're Looking For

Communication Excellence: Proficiency in executive communications and presentations, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.

Leadership Skills: A knack for bringing together stakeholders to align with client satisfaction and objectives.

Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of how our cybersecurity solutions address business challenges and achieve desired outcomes.

Strategic Selling: Experience in managing complex sales strategies in a competitive market, with a proven track record of client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience: 8-12 years in technology solutions sales, with a broad understanding of cybersecurity.

Skills: Exceptional customer management, strategic selling abilities, and executive presentation skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
