Position: Sales Manager - Furniture Industry
Role Overview
Are you passionate about driving sales and providing exceptional customer service? We're on the lookout for a talented Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member, you'll be instrumental in resolving customer inquiries, offering solutions, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our company's revenue.
Responsibilities
Engage with both new and existing customers, presenting and promoting our range of products and services.
Fluent in Chinese (A+), you'll have the advantage of effectively communicating with a diverse clientele.
Proactively seek out and connect with potential customers to expand our market reach.
Meet and exceed predefined sales targets within set deadlines.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about our latest offerings.
Develop compelling sales materials to effectively showcase our products and services.
Comfortably manage a portion of your day driving to meet with clients, both new and established.
Qualifications
Prior experience in sales management, customer service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CRM platforms is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the customer and the company.
Detail-oriented with a keen sense of deadlines.
Openness to a hybrid/remote work arrangement.
