As our CRM Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our CRM Vision and Strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with our business objectives and reporting to the Head of Customer Interaction. Your primary mission will be to manage our CRM platform to enable the execution of business strategies, delivering top-tier capabilities through CRM. This involves overseeing the team backlog, crafting a comprehensive CRM roadmap, and ensuring alignment with regions and stakeholders. Collaboration will be central to your role, as you partner closely with global and regional teams to translate business strategy into tangible results. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the digital future of our company together with your team members.

Day to Day

  • Manage CRM team ensuring clear direction and OKRs.
  • Put our customers first and act as a transition partner for a better world.
  • Develop and maintain global CRM Vision and Strategy.
  • Leverage external perspectives to ensure we continue to thrive in the changing competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with global teams such as Commercial Effectiveness, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operational Excellence and others to enhance partner and customer experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Monitor and track CRM performance and adoption metrics.
  • Create open communication to ensure change vision and goals are clear to all.
  • Drive user-centric data strategies to enhance CRM effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on digital industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into CRM strategies.

Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in CRM management or related role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing CRM strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with digital industry trends and best practices.
  • Agile framework skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Applicable Pay Range

$152,010 - $228,016

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
