We are committed to making credit more affordable and accessible.As a Senior Product Manager at Above Lending, you will be responsible for devising product strategy, prioritizing the product roadmap, partnering with technology and overseeing the execution of high-impact initiatives.
You will
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in order to drive business goals
- Lead product execution from vision through delivery and iterating on next steps
- Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experience
- Conduct market research and gather customer and employee feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
- Develop product requirements and specifications, and work with design and engineering teams to deliver projects on-time and with high quality
- Analyze product and business performance as well as customer and employee feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and inform the product roadmap
- Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or similar (quantitative)
- Experience querying product data using SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messaging
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- 3+ years product management experience
