Tasks in the role:
- Proactively hunt for new affiliates/partnerships to expand the company's client base;
- Utilize specialized tools and resources for targeted searches to identify potential partners efficiently;
- Negotiate with partners to establish mutually beneficial terms and conditions, striving for optimal outcomes;
- Conduct thorough research on industry competitors to stay updated on market trends and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Participate and present the company at conferences and special events;
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates, providing comprehensive information and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Portuguese language - Native or bilingual proficiency;
- English language - at least B2 level;
- Experience in working with publishers;
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and KPIs to measure and optimize sales performance;
- Experience in media buying and understanding of advertising platforms and strategies;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data analysis, reporting, and documentation purposes.
