I am searching for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to collaborate with members of the Customer Education team, design, build, and maintain learning experiences for my client's customers. You will manage toolsets and key stakeholder interests to create engaging, relevant, and effective training. This role cooperates with instructional designers on the Customer Education team and members of the Product Development and Delivery team.
6 Month Contract (high chance of extension)
100% Remote (EST working hours)
$35 - $55 p/h
Required skills & experience;

Required skills & experience;
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical understanding of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS
- Technical use of Jamf's product portfolio - Now, Pro, School, Connect, or Protect
- Experience teaching, instructional design, or equivalent experience
- Experience of video production and/or audio engineering
- Experience of screen capture, screen recording, or Keynote creation
- Experience creating content in an LMS or CMS
- Experience working on a team providing customer training or support
