- Adhere to state and federal collection guidelines
- Negotiate payment solutions to generate revenue
- Encourage future card usage through a consultative approach
- Assist the card services customer service inbound call center as required
- 6+ months of collection-related experience and/or first-party collections experience
- 6+ months in customer service
- Ability to be licensed as a debt collector by the state of Minnesota
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 0-2 years of experience as a debt collector or in first-party collections
- Experience with technical troubleshooting and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
