Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Paid Search Analyst at Spectrum you will not only have the opportunity to explore your love for creative problem solving and data analysis, but you will also have the opportunity to quickly grow your career as well. Here are just a few of the responsibilities you will have the chance to work on:


· Planning and executing paid search campaigns, including, but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, management, attending client meeting, and reporting

· Providing regular reporting and analysis to clients and Account Managers

· Analyzing keyword data and identifying negative keywords

· Evaluating large pools of data; identifying trends and applying new insights to client campaigns

· Calculating customer return on investments and other essential KPIs

· Investigating paid search accounts to determine plans for improvement

· Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in search marketing

· Identifying appropriate target audiences based on historical customer data and consumer affinities via Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and more

Required Skills and Experience

Besides the incredible intangible assets you bring to the table, as a Digital Marketing Paid Search Analyst you will also contribute to the team’s success with the following skills and experience:


· A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and analyze large data sets

· PPC management experience (AdWords and ideally Bing), preferably interacting directly with clients and/or sales teams

· Experience using A/B testing tools (particularly Visual Website Optimizer) is preferred.

· Experience writing and testing paid search ads

· Proficiency with Excel (e.g. familiarity with pivot tables)

· A basic understanding of HTML/CSS

· Experience dealing with client interactions

· Exceptional oral and written communication

· Ability to understand and develop performance reports using Google Analytics Data

· Google Certifications such as Google Adwords and Google Analytics a plus
