Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Analyst and Configuration Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Top Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree is required
• 2+ years of experience in Oracle Recruiting cloud, recruiting process and system improvements in ORC
• Understand abilities within ORC and have resolved gaps within the product thru configurations/customizations
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud general recruiting knowledge HCM knowledge
