Seeking for strong Business Analyst with UI/UX experience for one of our direct client.

Position Business Analyst II

Location Brighton, MI (Hybrid)

Duration 5 months contract.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engagement Description:

• Works closely with stakeholders to analyze and understand business problems and opportunities
• Develops business requirements and continuously evaluates processes to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives
• Develops the documentation for existing and proposed business processes and functional specifications to ensure IT solutions support and align with business initiatives
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

• Proven analytical ability related to analysis of functional business processes is a must.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, proven organization and attention to detail are required
• 3 years of Business Analyst experience
  
  

Required Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive initiatives through consensus-building
• Ability to learn and understand new concepts (both business and technical) in figmaa short timeframe and apply that knowledge to help achieve business objectives
• Strong technology skills with a good understanding of PC based applications, including MS Office
• Professional and Internet based applications
• Demonstrated proficiency with Visio and FIGMA or similar tools
• Experience with UI/UX design
