Hybrid Part Time Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk position. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health outpatient services.

Highlights:

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM -12:00P

Location: Beaumont, Ca

Pay: $23.00/HR

Duration: 2 months

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Assist with reconciliations of financial accounts

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Requirements:

Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Accounts Payable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred

Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
