Pay Rate: $20-22/hr. on W2
Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows laptops, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Provide support for Windows desktop environments, including Windows 11, Mac, Office 365, Duo, and Cisco VPN.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Autopilot for streamlined device deployment and configuration.
- Configure TCP/IP networking setups and provide solutions to common configuration problems.
- Administer DNS, NIS, and DHCP services to ensure smooth network operations.
- Manage software deployment and updates using Jamf and Intune.
- Proven experience in administering and troubleshooting Windows laptops and desktop environments.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 11, Mac, Office 365, Duo, and Cisco VPN.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot for device deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience in DNS, NIS, and DHCP administration.
- Knowledge of software deployment and management tools such as Jamf and Intune.
