About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Mid-Market Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer adoption and growth of their solutions. The CSM will collaborate closely with clients, providing expertise in B2B digital business and guiding them in leveraging the platform effectively to achieve their objectives. The role includes building relationships with key stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customers maximize the value of the solutions offered.

The base compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $125,000, excluding bonuses.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for Mid-Market accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Drive adoption and usage of the platform
  • Facilitate onboarding of new customers
  • Provide strategic guidance and best practices to achieve customer goals
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team
  • Build credibility with senior executives and maintain strong client relationships
  • Project manage client initiatives and advocate for customers internally
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer success
  • Proven track record in sales and account growth
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Automation, CRM, and related technologies
  • Experience in managing project implementations and identifying business process gaps
  • Ability to demonstrate ROI and align solutions to customer needs
