- Record calls updating elections or beneficiaries
- Provide administrative support as needed
- High School Diploma
- Customer service experience
- Critical thinking and active listening skills
- Strong speaking/writing skills
- Desktop computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- Call center experience
