- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related setting
- Knowledge of revenue cycle systems and structures
- Familiarity with patient-focused care practices
- Strong commitment to understanding, commitment, and mutual respect
