- Locate parts in an online parts catalog and place part orders
- Identify corrections to auto parts catalogs and research new auto parts
- Provide timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound communications
- Offer directions to part warehouse locations
- One or more years of experience with an automotive retailer or dealership parts department
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Available to work shifts Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time
- South Carolina resident with high-speed internet access
- Ability to maintain a secluded and distraction-free work environment
- Experience with a specific auto manufacturer's parts
- Automotive industry certification or training
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish
- Experience with customer service in a remote environment
